In this book, Lose That Mommy Guilt, Tales and Tips from an Imperfect Mom, I share my experiences that being imperfect is the norm, not the exception when it comes to parenting.
This book started as a personal journal when I worked as a Sales Manager and Trainer in the Pharmaceutical Industry. I often found myself overwhelmed and feeling guilty as I tried to balance work and life as a new mom. It has personal stories of areas I struggled and how I learned to let go of the guilt and embrace imperfection. So often as moms we can get derailed by the differences between our expectations and reality of parenting. This book is to remind moms they are not alone.
So whether you’ve just found out you are pregnant, or have a child in school I hope that by sharing my mistakes and lessons learned it can help you gain confidence to let go of the guilt that can make parenting so much tougher.
